A remarkable Charmat method sparkling wine made from 100% Pinot Gris. Positively bursting with character, it is bright and flavourful with notes of raspberry, strawberry, and red apple skin leading the way, backed by subtle rose petal, grapefruit, and spice. A beautiful creamy mousse of bubbles fills the palate, with more strawberry and cream, but also watermelon, lemon meringue, and a light salty-mineral background. Excellent acidity then sweeps across the palate, leaving surprising length and depth. Enjoy well chilled.
