Winemaking Notes: A cool, long vintage with flavour developing slowly and evenly. Harvested September 27th and left on skins overnight to develop colour and texture. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel and aged on lees for 12 months to enrich mouthfeel.
Tasting Notes: A complex Pinot Grigio with peach, pear, strawberry sorbet and apple blossom aromas alongside soft vanilla undertones. The palate shows red apple skin, cranberry, pear and spiced orange layered with minerality and freshness. Lovely on its own or paired with food.
