The holidays, with all their attendant feasting and joy and mad rush and wrapping paper and kids school concerts and wine (lots and lots of wine) are over for another year and 2014 is here! Yippeee!
As always, The Good Earth Cooking School is cooking up delicious things to keep the January/February blues at bay while we slog through winter and await the delights of spring. We have five (count ’em FIVE) cooking demos to choose from in January and February. If you’ve never been to one of our cooking demos and you love to cook (and, more importantly, eat), then consider reserving your spot now because our cooking demos are like the best dinner party you’ve ever been to with complete strangers. You don’t have to chop a single onion or wash a single dish at The Good Earth Cooking School, it’s a hands off/gustatory system on kind of experience. As a guest, you get to just sit back and watch, learn and eat your way through a five course meal with wine, prepared right in front of you by one of our talented guest chefs or our own Executive Chef, Therese DeGrace. You are guaranteed to leave with a full tummy, a big smile on your face, and perhaps a few new kitchen tricks!
Upcoming Demos
January 26 — LIGHT SHOW with Chef Tony de Luca
February 2 — PULP FICTION with Chef Ross Midgeley
February 8 — NORTHERN BITES with Chef Mike McColl
February 16 — MEX IN THE CITY with Chef Therese DeGrace
All demos are $135 per person. NEW! We’ve slashed the price of our cooking classes by 25% for January, February and March – so you can enjoy the same great 5-course class for just $95 per person! !
