Our first vintage of a skin fermented white is this 100% single vineyard Chardonnay Musqué. The nose is expressive with fresh tangerine and orange marmalade dominating the nose along with lighter notes of honeysuckle, charred lemon, and poached pear. The palate is rich and complex, with fresh flavours of navel orange, lemon zest, and crisp apple mingled with earthy creamy notes. The palate is waxy and smooth with a crisp finish.
