The Good Earth Cookbook
Our first cookbook, The Good Book was published when The Good Earth Bistro first opened it’s doors. It was an instant hit and quickly sold out. A great deal has changed since then. Our new food philosophy, “local goes global” under the creative guidance of Executive Chef Therese DeGrace has been an enormous hit – and was the inspiration for our Good Girth Supper Club dinners. Every dinner garners a fistful of recipe requests, so we decided another cookbook was in order. Photographed by our own “pit boss” Mike McColl and masterfully paired with The Good Wines by winemaker Ross Wise, this is truly a labour of love by many of the incredible Good Earth team members.
