Good Morning Series: Yoga and Cooking August 27

Join us for an extra-special combination of yoga, food and of course wine at The Good Earth this summer. We’ll pop off with a 45 minute slow flow yoga for all levels with Sandra Taylor, followed by a glass of wine and then a meander over to our cooking school for a 4 course demonstration style plant-based cooking class with pairings led by Good Earth Proprietor, trained chef and Penguin cookbook author Christine Flynn. Leave with a bag of goodies including a bottle of our favourite summer sipper Rosé, a copy of Christine’s book “How to Eat with one Hand”
and a surprise or two.
