Borscht for Ukraine
Order now for pick up Saturday, March 12 from 4 – 6 pm
In an effort to send relief and support to the Ukrainian nation, we’re taking pre-orders for Duck Borscht. Christine is strapping on her apron and making one of her favourite Ukrainian dishes, a hearty and delicious combination of beets, cabbage and vinegar-y roasted duck.
This is such a special soup, and we’ll be packaging it up by the litre for you to take home and enjoy now or freeze for later.
100% of sales will be donated to the Canadian-Ukraine Foundation.
Pick up Saturday, March 12th between 4 and 6 pm in the Culinary School.
