We don’t make Cabernet Sauvignon very often, so we are very excited when we do! Cassis, blueberry, and blackberry dominate the nose, with a background of cinnamon, dark cocoa, coffee and leafy herbs. The palate is rich and luxurious, with cassis, black cherry, and strawberry meeting mocha, vanilla, cocoa and leather. Cabernet Sauvignon this dense, rich and ripe from Niagara is unusual, so although it will age well for 10 years or more, perhaps its best to give it a good decant and enjoy now.
