Beautiful pineapple, peach, quince and spiced red apple, dance with classic flavours of crème brûlée, hazelnut and almond. Apricot, lemon-meringue, honeysuckle, cinnamon and fresh-cream start to poke through in the background, layered over a creamy texture with a seam of chalk and mineral that is balanced by excellent acidity and an incredibly long finish. Age worthy from the next 5 – 8 years.
