A bright, beautiful Rosé made with 70% estate Cabernet Franc and 30% Gamay from Niagara-on-the-Lake. The nose is bursting with strawberry, watermelon, and raspberry, with a pretty background of spice and lime leaf. The refreshing palate brings blackberry, cherry, peach and wildflowers in abundance with alluring notes of cinnamon and sweet herbs drifting in and out. A lovely balanced sweetness and bright acidity leave a beautiful, slightly sea-shell and mineral finish.
