The Vintage: A cool, long vintage with flavour developing slowly and evenly late into the season, resulting in concentrated wines with moderate alcohols and high acidity.
Winemaking: 63% Cabernet Franc and 37% Pinot Noir. Both varieties were fermented separately in stainless steel tanks. The finished wine aged on lees in stainless steel for 6 months.
Description: A fresh and inviting rosé with aromas of peach, white currant, strawberry and honeydew. Vanilla-strawberry cream notes continue on the palate with a silky texture and refreshing finish of watermelon and citrus. Perfect for deck, dock or alfresco dining.
