Fresh, generous nose of freestone peach, lime zest, grated ginger and a hint of minerality. The palate has a lot to discuss: An abundant mix of flavours, dominated by grapefruit, granny smith apple, and hints of orange, all wrapped up with zesty acidity. Gorgeous in its youth, this wine will also be wonderful with some aging time in bottle (could go 10+ years) for added complexity.
