A fresh berry bouquet of cherry, currant and blueberry mix with floral violet notes and subtle, savory spice. The palate is medium bodied and decidedly smooth. Flavours of cran-raspberry, damson plum and a savoury, herbal note wrapped in a soft finish. The wine will be your best friend when paired with chicken/veal marsala, wild mushroom pasta, or duck inspired dishes.
